The meeting will be held to a strict 45min time limit.

In order to accomodate all standing orders of business as well as potential proposals, the following timeline is in place:

• Submission of proposals: 24th March 4pm
• Information circulated via discord: 31st March

Due to the constitutional nature of the AGM, participation is restricted to adult members of at least 18 years of age.
