Membership FAQ


When and how do I get billed?


Membership is paid as a recurring monthly payment using your chosen payment method. Your payment is taken each month based on the date your membership was started.


Can I cancel my membership?


Yes. There is no long-term contract obligation. You can cancel through your member account or contact us directly and we can assist.


What makes Asylum different?


Asylum is a specialist strength and performance facility supported by highly experienced coaches, including degree qualified Strength & Conditioning professionals. Our focus is structured training, technical development and long-term progress.


Why are memberships affordable?


Asylum was established as a community-focused, not-for-profit sports club. Income generated by the club is reinvested into equipment, facilities, coaching and the continued development of the club and its members.


When can I complete an induction?


Inductions and facility tours are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6pm. Once your induction is complete, eligible members can use the facility through our 24-hour access system.


Do I need experience before joining?


No. Members range from complete beginners through to experienced competitive lifters and athletes. Our coached sessions can help you learn how to train safely and effectively.
